For Hand Washing:

1. Fill a basin or sink with water
2. Tear or cut a Coconzyme sheet into smaller pieces, depending on the size of your load (use half a sheet for small loads, a full sheet for larger loads).
3. Dissolve the sheet pieces in the water, swishing to help it dissolve.
4. Submerge your clothes, gently agitate them in the soapy water, and let them soak for a few minutes.
5. Wash as usual, rinse thoroughly, and then hang or lay flat to dry.

For Washing Machine (Top Load or Front Load):

1. Place your laundry in the washing machine as usual.
2. For small to medium loads, use one Coconzyme sheet. For larger loads, use 1.5 to 2 sheets.
3. Place the sheet(s) directly into the drum with your clothes.
4. Select your desired wash cycle and start the machine.
5. The sheet will dissolve completely in the water, releasing the cleaning agents to clean your clothes effectively.

Note: For heavily soiled clothes, you may use an additional half sheet for extra cleaning power.
